In order to send these legally they have to be shipped by USPS ORM-D Surface Mail. Because the package is less than 13 ounces (about 3 ounces), we can ship using a First Class Rate. There is no way to indicate ORM-D Surface Mail on Amazon so the delivery date does not accurately predict the arrival date. SHIPPING TIME IS CLOSER TO PARCEL POST which can take 1 day to up to 4 WEEKS! USPS is in debt 16 billion dollars. That said, they have lost only 4 of our packages in the past 3 years.
