This is little more than a toy. It would be perfect for "Ken and Barbie." It is limited to two cases of soda/beer.
First, the cart was advertised with a 400 pound capacity, but the unit has a label which limits it to 150 kg (330 lbs).
Also, 15% of the cart's surface dimension cannot be used due to the manner in which the handle is attached. When loaded with only 100 pounds (25% of its advertised weight capacity), the cart has great rolling resistance. That should not come as a surprise, because three of the four wheels are at least 3/16" out of round. If you are a fan of the Grade B horror movies that feature haunted houses, you will love the creaks and groans that the cart makes while carrying the aforementioned 100 pounds. This cart is so useless that it is not worth my time to box it up and return it. In fact, the best part of my purchase was the double box. At least, I was able to use the boxes as a "spray booth" for some patio furniture touch up.
Amazon should remove this vendor until the copy is factually corrected and its capabilities accurately described.
