When I received these, I wasn't surprised to find that they were indeed all black ties, as is indicated in the title (despite the colorful mix in the representative photo).
What I WAS surprised about was that they were an entirely DIFFERENT type of tie from what's pictured. The ties received do not have the pictured tag or tab or whatever you want to call it, nor are they one straight ribbon of velcro. Instead, they are the type where you insert one end's skinny tip into a cut slot in the other end and pull it through... much like a zip tie. Each side of the tie is velcro from end to end, fuzzy on one side, scratchy on the other.

These work for my intended purpose, and hold reasonably well for their size, and the only reason I didn't give it the 5 stars was the fact that it's an entirely different type of wrap from the one pictured - not only in color, but also in design. (Update the photo maybe?)
