I bought two of these (one for me and one for a friend) I found them accidentally at Aldi, the discount grocery store, on sale for 19.99 plus tax. I don't shop there a lot but saw it on their one hardware isle (not a regular item). This is also available from Harbor Freight but they too have it over priced for 39.99. Also found them at Northern Tool for 59.99. It is not great quality, but good for small bulky items. I use it to haul large PA speakers for a band I'm in. The base expands out (telescopes) for items needing a larger base. It's made of square aluminum, so it is light. Folding down the handle can be a little difficult but it works. You'll have to construct it (put the wheels on) yourself. I like it FOR THE PRICE I PAID, but not this 89.99 or NT's 59.99, or HF's 39.99 It's a good product, but it aint over $30 good.
