High quality - work great. 9" sounds like a long length, but you need this long to get around medium size cable rolls. I bought some 6" http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004AFUJZC/ref=oh_details_o04_s00_i00 ties as well but they only can handle really 4 or 5 loops of cable (AC, Firewire, Ethernet sized cables).
