Bought this hoist to lift a 200 pound chandelier in an entry of a two story home. Much easier than the 500 lb hoist used the first time we installed it. Only reason I rated it four stars is the rope needs to be longer so you can lift a longer distance. A 100 foot rope would have allowed us to lift the chandelier in one pull and not have to tie the chandelier off and regroup to finish the lifting.
