I bought this for cables, and velcro is great for that because if you have to add another cable, it's reusable and easy to reposition. I also found it useful for securing so many other things. I'd recommend that everybody keep a roll in your toolkit. Here's a tip: If you think you might have to unfasten and refasten a piece, wrap a piece of tape around the end to make it easier to remove. I'm about to order another roll.

Very Nice Heavy Duty Hand Truck. This thing definitely has some a** too it!
Description is inaccurate, more on that later.

Pro's;

It's red, it's heavy and it will get the job done! It stands about 58" tall, it's 21.5" wide at the handles, 20.5" wide at the base. Depth is 18", plate is 8" deep x 17" wide. The strap is long enough to cinch down some of the largest appliances.
It tilts back easily at a 45deg angle and rolls well. See below for wheel change recommendation.

Product Description errors:
Wheels are 8" solid mold-on style.
Rated Capacity is 1000lbs not 900lbs

Con's;
Finish is fair, paint is OK, and there is a lot of welding slag left behind. Poor QA control. 3/4 axle shaft is not perfectly centered, no positive stop or lip for wheels. Used 3/4" washers as shims and spacers to set wheel spacing.

Recommendations;
Get a set of spare wheels,with pneumatic tire for lighter loads for for use indoors on carpets or Wooden floors.

Ordered two Waxman 4143055 8-Inch Rubber Wheel, Black Tire and Chrome Wheel to replace these 8" hard Mold-on warehouse wheels.

Yes, I know the Truck is rated for 1000lbs, Yes, I know that these wheels are not rated for 1/2 ton work. I needed some intermediate wheels for use on carpet and wood floors, as I don't intend on needing the full 1000lbs. But it's there if I need it! Plus I can always pop the original wheels back on. Remember the "Golden Rule" for Man toys! (Some is good, More is better, Too much is just enough!)

First thing I did was knock out the cheap P.O.S. open ball 5/8" bearings. These are standard (1-3/8") I.D. Hubs, take most standard bearings. My Hand Truck requires 3/4" bearings. Used these Marathon Industries 60011 - 3/4"-Inch Replacement Precision Ball Bearings - 4 Pack These are very nice cheap sealed bearings.

Differences from photo:
Wheel studs are button head pressed in studs, not bolts as pictured in photo.
Grease Zerk fitting is straight up, not 45deg as in photo, wheel rim slightly interferes with attachment of grease gun. Doesn't seal to fitting (greasy mess ensues!)

Other Con: Wheels are not true, slight wobble, doesn't effect operation, its a hand truck not a Ferrari!

Much quieter and easy to roll on carpet, hard floors, and even grass.

Wheels are split rim design for easy inner tube change. Mount with studs facing out just like on a car, allows for easy tire removal without having to remove the hubs.
Mounting this way also puts tire valve and grease Zerk inboard for protection from damage.

All in all I made the Hand Truck easier to use and I just prefer tires vs hard plastic wheels.
