I like the product and the price also. I give only 4 star because I received the item with broken reels (I purchased two reels both of them broken) I need to be patient to unwind the chain.
I do not need the cutter to cut the chain. I used needle pliers and a metal rod (1/16 diameter steel pin) to open up the chain at length I wanted.
